Janiz Chan Lai Keen, a Malaysian artist, graduated from the Malaysian Institute of Art (MIA) in 1988. Deeply inspired by feminine metaphors, her works explore identity, mystery, and transformation through floral and figurative imagery. She has held ten solo exhibitions and participated in over fifty group shows across Asia, Europe, and the United States, including France, China, Japan, Singapore, and the USA. Notable exhibitions include Tease at Artesan Gallery, Singapore (2012), Regrowth at Pinkguy Gallery, Kuala Lumpur (2020), and the 19th Asian Art Biennale Bangladesh (2022). Her art continues to celebrate femininity, resilience, and the poetic connection between humanity and nature.
