Prof. Dr. Gagoek Hardiman, born in Madiun on August 19, 1953, is a Professor at the Department of Architecture, Diponegoro University, Semarang. Besides his academic profession, he is an active painter who has participated in numerous art exhibitions across Indonesia, including Jakarta, Solo, Yogyakarta, Blitar, Salatiga, Magelang, Sukabumi, Brebes, Mataram Lombok, and Semarang. His works have also been showcased internationally in Penang, Malaysia, and Songkhla, Thailand. Through his paintings, he explores the harmony between architectural form and artistic expression, blending structure, culture, and imagination.
